This licensed adult day program is designed to enhance wellness through exercise, creative arts, spiritual care, music therapy, socialization and other activities. It’s open from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and space is limited. Call for more information. 952-993-5495  or  1-888-993-5495.

Free fitness assessments are available Wednesday afternoon and are required prior to participating in the fitness classes. You will meet with a physical therapist for a 30 minute assessment to evaluate your walking, balance, strength and more. To make an appointment call 651-326-2178.
