The Capistrant Center at Bethesda Hospital provides medical evaluations, treatment, support and resources for those with Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders in St. Paul, MN.

Struthers Parkinson’s Center

The Struthers Parkinson’s Center is an NPF Center of Excellence located in Golden Valley, MN.  It offers clinical, research, educational, therapeutic, and artistic programs for persons with Parkinson’s throughout the Upper Midwest.
