Pilates MNPilates MN offers Pilates Reformer for Parkinson’s, a class designed especially for pepole with Parkinson’s. Owned by Pamela Hasselbring of Pilates MN and Shawn Marquis, MSPT, they designed this class from the model of the Polestar Pilates Center in Miami. The Polestar Center works with patients with Parkinson’s in their physical therapy center. Pilates Reformer exercises assist clients in movement so they can acquire flexibility, strength, joint mobility and core stabilization.
