NPFM Respite Care Grant Program

Because of the fundraising efforts of the annual NPFM Golf Tournament and your generous support, NPFM awards $500 grants for eligible respite care. The grants are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis until the funds for the fiscal year are depleted; the fiscal year for NPFM is June 1 to May 31.

Please note that once your completed application is received at the NPFM office, it will be processed and you will receive a letter indicating whether or not you will receive a grant.
